Importance of fsh levels
Are you trying to get pregnant? If yes then you should know about the Fsh
levels.
You should know that how you can balance your Fsh levels and increase the chance
of ovulation and conception and that too naturally.
FSH means Follicle-Stimulating Hormone which is made in pituitary gland.
Follicle-Stimulating Hormone affects your ability of having a baby. FSH works
with the luteinizing hormone for ovulation and menstruation. FSH is released by
the pituitary glands and after that reaches to ovaries through the blood stream
and signals the ovary follicles to grow and develop. So when the follicle of the
ovaries grows to the required level of maturation, it is the time when it
releases ovum or eggs for fertilization. Also the follicle of the ovary releases
other chemicals and hormonesof their own, these hormones then indicate the
pituitary gland so that it can stop sending Follicle-Stimulating Hormone.
When the FSH is sent to the ovaries and gets no response from follicle,
pituitary glands start sending more and more FSH till ovaries start responding.
Fsh levels depends mostly on your age, this factor is very important which can
be classified as ovarian failure or menopause.
Many reasonsare responsible for the failure of follicles.Lack of flow of blood
is the main reason that causes high levels of FSH in women. If blood is not
reaching to ovaries, then ovaries of women will not react to FSH. Though there
are many effects of FSH, but the worst one is poor quality of eggs. If you are
trying for pregnancy and your eggs are not of good quality, you may increase the
chances of miscarriage and affect the child birth. This is the reason that
treatment methods like IVF and fertility drugs are not always effective in
ovulation and getting pregnant.
